Registration

Please ensure that the following steps are completed, otherwise your application won't be processed.


To register for the First Aid course, parents, teachers or students must :


I. complete the appropriate

enrolment form


II. include the preferred dates and times, including the weekends and holidays;
III. submit the payment to the Institute's account, see enrollment form, to Stichting Instituut Einstein under indication of the student's name.

       
       

IV. Return your form by mail info@ib-tutor.nl or by post to the registrar's office.
